When you’re not living like everyone else, you don’t think like everyone else. I live on a houseboat, travel in a van, and spend my falls mushroom hunting. In addition to coaching, I run logistics for large-scale art installations in remote locations and co-founded Odd Salon, a cocktail-hour amateur history lecture series that has run for 12 years. This dynamic, growth oriented lifestyle directly informs how I work with clients. How I Work My approach is intensive, uncompromising, and confidential. Every engagement is built around one principle: create the conditions for perspective shift and growth; where your prescribed professional self and bland product stories can’t survive, and something more powerful emerges. Conference rooms kill creativity, stifle vision, and offer only one perspective. I take executives hiking at dawn, on winding coastal drives, to mountaintops that force perspective shifts.
