The Work

We analyzed her current communication patterns—direct, business-focused, minimal chitchat, tendency to talk down to students. Then we studied her Gen Z audience's needs: respect as equals, casual and laid-back communication, warm preambles before information, and snack-sized content delivery. We systematically reshaped her communication style to meet students where they were while maintaining her gravitas as a 3x founder.
